God thought of everything!
Vitamin D is found in many dietary sources such as fish, eggs, fortified milk, and cod liver oil. The sun also contributes significantly to the daily production of vitamin D, and as little as 10 minutes of exposure is thought to be enough to prevent deficiencies.
Bag the "fortified" milk I'll take the sun please it's all natural!
Last weekend (Saturday Oct. 11th) we went to the park (on Lambert). The weather was great to receive some vitamin D, fly a kite and let the kids "release their wiggles" (something "Nacho Libre" would say). Ty played some soccer with the kids, Tia tried catching butterflies and I enjoyed taking pictures and watching "Baby Joshua" (that's how the kids call him, not just Joshua but BABY Joshua).

Hey Ruth- I've missed your posts! Sounds like a fun outing.
Nice to see you posting again Ruth :) Looks like a fun outing. Where is the park on Lambert? Is that movie Nacho Libre good? - I haven't seen it.
